The Bantha Trooper, also known as Bantha Riders and Rebel Bantha soldiers, were elite Rebel Soldiers that were trained to tame and ride Banthas to attack Imperial bases on Tatooine and other desert planets. They could possibly even be used to form alliances between the Rebel Alliance and the Sand People, due to their strong connection to their Banthas.
