Hondo Ohnaka was a rebel supporter, pirate, and smuggler during his life. He used to be the leader of his own personal gang of pirates, the Ohnaka Gang, and was known for working with the Republic from time to time during the Clone Wars. However, Hondo's gang would be destroyed by the Galactic Empire when it came into power, leaving Hondo all alone in the galaxy. Following this, Hondo would begin working for The rebellion as an informant after an encounter with the rebel cell, Ghost Crew.
